What are your credentials?
I think proper fitness and nutrition credentials are so vital! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Both designations are through the American Council on Exercise.
What types of workouts are included?
You get access to a complete range of workouts. Cardio, strength, HIIT, dance, yoga, pilates, and more. Whether your goals are weight loss, athletic performance, or general fitness, there are solutions for you.
What equipment do I need?
All programs can be done at home with limited equipment. Some workouts require no equipment, but a set of dumbbells and some inexpensive exercise bands with a door attachment are recommended. You can also do these workouts at a gym if you don’t want to work out at home.
Are there meal plans?
Yes! You get access to dozens of easy-to-follow meal plans that are customizeable to your fitness goals. Also included are hundreds of recipes and videos that will teach you how to eat healthy.
With so many options, how will I pick the workouts and meal plan that is right for me?
When you sign up, you will get a 15 minute video chat consult. In those 15 minutes we will select a workout calendar and nutrition plan that is best suited for your goals. And if you get stuck, you have the private Facebook group and weekly webinar to guide you.
How will I access the workouts?
All workouts are available online. You can access them through an app (iOS or Android), or any computer, laptop or tablet. Workouts can be streamed to a TV in a few ways including Chromecast, Apple TV, and Roku (depending on the country you live in).
Can online workouts really work?
Yes! And there are a few reasons why. First, you get a world-class program. These programs are designed by experts, not by someone who took a weekend course at your local rec centre. Second, video-based workouts don’t allow you to slip into bad habits. No extra rest between sets. No messing around with your rep cadence. No bad habits means better results (and more efficient too!). Lastly, the trainers on-screen are highly motivational! It really feels like you’re in a small group class. You’ll end up looking forward to your next workout.
